Sometimes, the simplest looking toys are the ones that your cats will love the most. That is certainly the case for Allegra when it comes to Dezi & Roo’s Little Puffs.
Dezi & Roo was created by our resident veterinarian, Dr. Lynn Bahr, who authors our monthly Ask the Cat Doc column. Over the course of her veterinary career, Dr. Bahr found that the lifestyle of cats has changed dramatically. This new understanding led Dr. Bahr to combine her passion for strengthening the human-animal bond with her veterinary background and knowledge of what cats need and want to start her own solution-based cat product company, Dezi & Roo, inspired by two cats of the same names.
Little Puffs Silver Vine Toys
Little Puffs are shaped like a cloud and made from Eco-fil plush felt fabric, a high-quality fiber that is made from 100% post-consumer recycled and BPA-free plastic bottles. They come lightly dusted with Dezi and Roo’s cat-approved Cloud Nine Silver Vine, making it a scented toy for your cat to track and hunt. They can easily be refreshed with a sprinkle of Cloud Nine or another cat attractant.
Putting Little Puffs to the test
Allegra has had silver vine toys before, but this stuff must be really potent, because she went nuts as soon as I opened the plastic wrap. She started dancing around my legs meowing at me to give it to her already! It didn’t take long for her to test the little cloud with a thorough kicking session, after which she proceeded to bat it around the living room.
I know she plays with the puffs quite a bit because I find them in different places around the house.
