Elle, Evie and Wolfie’s Nanny took Miss Violet to the specialist because we are in isolation.
The specialist has advised that we will need to do an MRI but that we need to wait at least 6-8 weeks as she is too small and it could be a risk putting her under anaesthetic.
The specialist thinks that perhaps Miss Violet’s vision loss is due to her neurological condition.
She can hear within short ranges but struggles outside of 1-2 metres.
The great news is that Miss Violet is getting better and better at adapting to the challenges. She is developing a keen sense of smell for tracking and she is getting much better at coordination.
So not a definitive diagnosis at this stage but heading in the right direction and as for Miss Violet, she is not letting anything stand in her way and she’s not waiting for a diagnosis to start living life that’s for sure.
