* Internet Connectivity in the country’s townships is set to get a boost.
That’s thanks to established businessman and entrepreneur, Vuyani Jarana.
At the beginning of this month, the former SAA CEO launched a start-up company that aim to provide affordable broadband in townships and rural areas. To find out more about his value proposition, I’m joined by Vuyani Jarana, the founder of Ilitha Telecommunications.

* The SA-EU Dialogue Facility says it’s testing different financing instruments to address the funding challenge of youth-owned enterprises. The dialogue was hosted in collaboration with the Department of Small Business Development in Pretoria. It aims to identify best practices examples from the European Union areas, with the hope that this will help to reduce youth unemployment in the country, which is currently at around 60 percent.
